How it works

From “I don’t know who to call” to done

A simple process built around clear communication, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

  1. Tell us what’s going on

Call or send a quick message. Describe it in your own words. You don’t need the right terms or a diagnosis.

  2. We help you compare and choose

We connect you with independent professionals and help you compare available estimates, proposed work, and warranty information so you can make an informed decision.

  3. We stay with you

We coordinate scheduling, keep communication clear, and follow up on your experience, so you’re never left wondering what happens next.

You stay in control. You choose the provider and approve the proposed work and pricing before the job begins. We help you ask the right questions and coordinate the next steps.

How we work: Living Water coordinates and advocates for you. The trade work itself is performed by independent professionals we connect you with. We handle the communication, guidance, and follow-through.

What you can expect

Care and accountability at every step

Letting someone into your home is a big deal. You’re trusting them with your space, your money, and the people you love. We take that seriously.

  • No pressure. You’ll understand your options before any work is agreed to.
  • No jargon. Plain explanations, and no question is too basic.
  • Clear communication. One point of contact who keeps you updated.
  • Follow-through. We follow up on your experience and help you raise any questions with the provider.
  • Safety first. We work with professionals we trust in our own community.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you do the repairs yourselves?

No. Living Water handles coordination and advocacy. Independent, experienced professionals perform the trade work. We stay involved with communication and follow-through so you’re not managing it alone.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong?

That’s completely fine and very common. Describe what you’re noticing (a sound, a smell, a stain, a bill that jumped) and we’ll help figure out what kind of professional you need.

How do you choose contractors?

We build relationships with dependable, ethical local contractors, people we’d trust in our own homes. We match you based on the kind of work and where you live.

What areas do you serve?

Trinity and surrounding communities, including Huntsville, Livingston, Willis, Conroe, The Woodlands, and Houston. If your town isn’t listed, ask us.

Who chooses the provider and approves the work?

You do. You choose the provider and approve the proposed work and pricing before the job begins. We help you compare estimates, proposed work, and warranty information, ask the right questions, and coordinate the next steps.

How do pricing and payment work?

The independent service provider gives you their estimate for the work, and you pay the provider for the work they perform. If a coordination fee applies to your project, we’ll explain it clearly before you agree to anything.

Is this an emergency service?

No. Living Water is a coordination service, not an emergency-response provider. For immediate dangers like a gas smell, sparking, or flooding, call 911 or your utility company first. Then contact us and we’ll help with what comes next.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
