Why I started Living Water

I founded Living Water Residential Solutions because every homeowner deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and someone who follows through.

As a single mother of two daughters, I understand the responsibility of keeping a home safe, managing expenses, and deciding who to trust. My professional background includes four years in the energy-efficiency industry, with experience in Customer Success and Quality Assurance management. I have helped homeowners navigate service concerns, confusing information, and difficult resolutions.

Living Water brings that experience into a business centered on homeowner advocacy. I help people understand their options, connect with independent professionals, and navigate the process with greater confidence, without pressure or feeling overlooked.

Raising my daughters after losing their father, and starting a new chapter in a new town, made that responsibility deeply personal.

Letting someone into your home is not a small thing. You are trusting them with your space, your money, and the people you love. I wanted to create a business that understands that.

I want people to feel safe coming to me: not embarrassed because they don’t know the right terminology, not pressured into work they don’t understand, and never forgotten after they ask for help.
